COLORLESS_ECO FRIENDLY PACKAGE BY RYAN HARC
November 12th, 2009A convex logo substitutes colorfully sprayed can. Naked can help to reduce air and water pollution occurred in its coloring process. It also reduces energy and effort to separate toxic color paint from aluminum in recycling process. Huge amount of energy and paint required to manufacture colored cans will be saved. Instead of toxic paint, manufacturers process aluminum with a pressing machine that indicates brand identity on surface.

DESIGN FOR OBAMA ORG
November 12th, 2009Here are some designs that were submitted to Design Obama. First off I think some of the work is amazing, these are a few that i personally liked, but I also live by the motto LESS is MORE. I think it is crazy how many people are just full on obsessed with Obama, he is like the new modern day Jesus to America. It is crazy, I personally could care less about him, but if he does a good job and makes changes, not just promise them. Then maybe I will jump on the wagon. Even though just him being elected did a good amount of work to get the changes going.

ASVOFF A SHADED VIEW ON FASHION FILM
November 11th, 2009About Diane Pernet
International fashion icon Diane Pernet was one of New York’s “it” designers in the 1980’s, before moving to Paris and reinventing herself as a journalist (Joyce, Elle.com, Vogue. fr, Dutch…) as well as a prolific filmmaker. In addition to being Co-Editor-in-Chief for Zoo Magazine, Diane Pernet is also a bit of a web pioneer – mostly as the face and brains behind AShadedViewOnFashion.com, the internationally acclaimed blog she launched in 2005 – but also through her former role as consultant for Iqons.com, the premiere social networking site for the fashion community, which she helped launch. She is regularly solicited to curate and consult for numerous fashion and photography festivals, and also acts as a talent scout for the Festival de Hyères and the Milan White Club. In 2006, she co-founded the traveling film festival “You Wear It Well” before launching “A Shaded View On Fashion Film” on her own in 2008. A film-maker by training, and a fashion designer for her own brand for 13 years as well as a costume designer for cinema for several years, Pernet has made many fashion films, and has also been captured on the other side of the camera, through cameo appearances in Robert Altman’s film, Pret-a-Porter and in Roman Polanski’s The Ninth Gate.

NATALIE PORTMAN ON THE COVER OF V MAGAZINE
November 11th, 2009First off I would like to say, I think the whole lady Gaga V Magazine cover ruined this magazine for me. I would have to say I have paid no attention to it since then, Until I saw this Natalie Portman shoot. Who Doesn’t love everything about Natalie Portman? I mean really though, her acting is phenomenal, her look is so unique and intriguing to so many different people. It is amazing how one woman can have that much of an impact on the male and female population. Mario Testino did an amazing job shooting her on this shoot, All her best angles and emotion is captured in this shoot.

VOLTA ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCE MAGAZINE
November 11th, 2009This was a project that was created by Francesco Muzzi, last year. I enjoyed looking at this on behance, the photos, concept and layout is just nicely put together. Only if I could read it, it would be even more enjoyable and informative. Their concept main concept was to put everything in an historical perspective, showing how some of the energy sources we now consider as “alternative” were once the most common, showing how the future could get and finally showing the present as just a point in a long evolutionary process.
