December 12th, 2009Photographer Samantha Tio has experimented with the form and has developed some rather breathtaking results. Her Conveyance photo series is a study of traffic patterns in Asia, commissioned by the Singapore Art Museum. These reflected, show-shutter stills are kaleidoscopic in nature, showing a wild geometric world that appears alien until your eyes begin to settle.

December 11th, 2009Jasper Goodall was asked By Electric Blue gallery in early 2009 if I would have a show of my work at their East London gallery. At the time he was playing with ideas of combining photography with illustration by creating fantastical bodies printed as posters and held up by a model. The Electric Blue show became the catalyst to bring this work together and so ‘Poster Girls’ was born…
MERCEDES-BENZ F-CELL ROADSTER With Hybrid Drive
December 11th, 2009In the process of trying to figure out the design for this new edgy concept car from Mercedes. They first took a trip to the past down memory lane, then jumped to the future and morphed into the present. The design is sleek, edgy full of interesting little features. The Mercedes-benz Roadster is equipped with a 1.2 kw hybrid drive, the downfall is that it only goes a max of 15mph. The F-cell operation can achieve up to 217 miles. Not sure what there trying to achieve here, but speed is not the goal.

You can share your favorite images, videos and links found on the net. The site has about 400-600 posts plus 10000-15000 unique visitors a day. ISAORA 2009 COLLECTION LAUNCH VIDEO
December 11th, 2009Conceptualized and executed with the help of Attack, ISAORA present their 2009 fall/winter collection in an interesting light with the following collection video. With a unmistakable technical approach that is necessitated by the snowboard apparel and fashion, the video highlights the technical properties of ISAORA’s collection albeit in an unorthodox form. The video was directed by Shinichi Maruyama and edited by Jamie Carreiro with music provided by MNDR.
GRAHAME FOWLER INTERVIEW
December 11th, 2009This past summer, after several seasons of designing his menswear label, Grahame Fowler opened his first U.S store. The classic, slightly disheveled suits and shirting are all handmade in New York, with relaxed silhouettes and impeccable fit. They’re displayed amid vintage scooters and photos at Fowler’s West Village shop, which he converted from an old dry cleaner, where the décor perfectly blends casual and luxurious style. The store’s good looks are no coincidence: Before launching his label, Fowler was one half of a premier London design team, Timney Fowler, that worked with numerous fashion houses on fabrics, wallpapers, and interiors. We chatted with the British designer about the look of next spring’s suits, his love of street style, and the best accessories for both genders.
