AORTA PHOTOGRAPHY
December 23rd, 2009I thought I did a post a few months back about Aorta Photography, but I guess I was wrong so here I am now. Aorta Photography consists of a Swedish duo Marco Grizelj & Kristian Kran, Their signature work is “semi-documentary fashion photography”. They tend to have a very cinematic feel in their photography, and i enjoy it. They enjoy entering the idea process at an early stage and they like doing their own retouching….
Their commercial clients include Toyota, SFR France, Dagens Nyheter, Skandia and Rodebjer. The editorial assignments inlcude Bon, Fjords, Odd, and NK Stil.

December 22nd, 2009This phone is a very high tech “dick tracy” style watch, we all remember that cartoon as kids, but it seems to have become more of a reality to call from your watch and “talk to your watch”. I would like to check this thing out in person and give it a little review, because I hope it performs as good as it looks. This will cost you a price of about 650 – 750.
US VERSUS THEM COLLAB W/BLACK SCALE VIDEO
December 22nd, 2009Following UsVersusThem, we know they just recently collaborated with Crooks & Castles. Us Versus Them has put out yet another video showing there upcoming collaboration with fellow west coast brand, black scale. Working from a concept created by Mega and Us Versus Them designer Graham Nystrom, the brand’s applied a signature hand drawn style, pulling inspiration from the cryptic crests and symbolism of old European architecture. Aiming to keep the true meaning of the symbolism cloudy, the graphic is centered around the Ourobouros, an ancient symbol of a serpent eating itself, which is said to represent death and rebirth, and the phrase “La Guerra Clandestina”, meaning The Secret War, lends a heavy feeling to the project.

ALMA A SHORT FILM
December 22nd, 2009Alma is Rodrigo Blaas’ first short film as a director. Originally from Spain, Rodrigo Blaas has worked in animation for more than ten years, in Spain and in the United States.
Seizing the possibility of directing his first independent short film, Rodrigo Blaas asked some of the best artists in their field to take part in this independent project: French animator Bolhem Bouchiba, character designer Carlos Grangel and Sergio Pablos, ArtDirector Alfonso Blaas, music composer Mastretta and sound designer Tom Myers.
